Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 1–2 Business Days
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Areas: 3–5 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Sajawat Bazar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
Delays
Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Sajawat Bazar ships within Pakistan only.
International shipping services are not available at this time.
